Step 01

Choose Your University & Programme

Research NMC-listed medical colleges, engineering universities, and business schools. Compare tuition fees (€3k–€8k/year), intake dates (September & February), and English-medium availability. Our counsellors shortlist the best options for your profile.

Step 02

Apply for Stipendium Hungaricum (Optional)

If eligible, apply through the ICCR portal between November and January for September intake. Scholarship results are announced by April. Self-funding students can proceed directly to the university application portal.

Step 03

Receive Your Admission Letter

Submit your academic transcripts, language scores, and motivation letter to your chosen university. Once accepted, you will receive an unconditional offer letter — the cornerstone document for your visa application.

Step 07

Receive Permit & Prepare to Depart
