Receive Your Conditional Offer Letter
Apply directly to the university or through Future Link Consultants. Once you meet academic requirements, the institution issues a conditional offer. Submit any additional documents requested — transcripts, passport copies, and English proficiency evidence.
Pay Tuition Deposit & Obtain Unconditional Offer
Confirm your place by paying the required tuition deposit. The university then issues your unconditional offer letter, which is the primary document for visa processing.
University Initiates Visa Sponsorship
Your institution's student visa team applies for your Entry Permit through the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP). You will receive an Entry Permit valid for 60 days to enter the UAE.
Arrive in UAE & Complete Medical Fitness Test
After entering the UAE on your Entry Permit, undergo a mandatory medical fitness test and biometrics at an approved government centre. Results are usually available within 3 to 5 working days.
Apply for Emirates ID & Residence Visa Stamping
Once your medical results are clear, your university or a registered typing centre submits the Residence Visa stamping application and Emirates ID registration. Your passport is stamped with the Residence Visa, typically within 5 to 10 working days.
Collect Emirates ID & Begin Studies
