Why some Canadian courses lead nowhere for work
Not every course advertised to Indian students results in a Post-Graduation Work Permit. Because agents sometimes promote whatever is easiest to get admission into, families can spend lakhs on a program that could never have led to a work permit in the first place. This page is a deliberate warning list.
A course can be ineligible for several reasons: it is too short, it is delivered through an arrangement that does not qualify, or — for non-degree programs — its field of study is not on the eligible list.
