Your 6-Step PR Pathway as an MBA Graduate

From profile assessment to landing in Canada — here is what our RCIC-authorized team guides you through at every stage.

01

Eligibility & NOC Assessment

We map your MBA specialization, work history, and designation to the correct NOC code (10010, 10020, 11100, or 12011) and identify the strongest pathway — FSW, CEC, or PNP — for your profile.

02

Language Test & CRS Optimization

We assess your IELTS or CELPIP score against your target CRS. For IIM/ISB graduates, even a CLB 9 to CLB 10 improvement can add 30–40 CRS points, often the difference between waiting and receiving an ITA.

03

ECA & Credential Recognition

We arrange your Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) through WES or IQAS. IIM/ISB/top-tier Indian MBA degrees typically receive full Canadian equivalency at master's level, earning maximum CRS education points.

04

Express Entry Pool or PNP Nomination

We create and optimize your Express Entry profile for FSW or CEC draws. For entrepreneurs, we evaluate the Start-up Visa, BC PNP Entrepreneur, or Ontario Entrepreneur Stream based on your business plan and net worth.

05

ITA, Document Preparation & Submission

Once you receive your Invitation to Apply, our team prepares your full PR application — police clearances, medical exams, employment reference letters, and financial documents — within the 60-day window.

06

PR Approval & Pre-Landing Support

After IRCC approval, we guide you on COPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residence), landing formalities, SIN application, health card, and connecting with Canadian business networks in your sector.

PR Pathways for MBA Graduates & Entrepreneurs

Canada offers multiple immigration streams tailored to different types of business professionals. We identify the most competitive route for your specific profile.

Express Entry FSW

Best for: India-based MBA with 5+ yrs experience

  • CLB 7 minimum; CLB 9+ for competitive CRS
  • ECA required for Indian credentials
  • Spouse's education & language adds points
  • Occupation-specific draws favour TEER 0/1
  • IIM/ISB master's = maximum education points

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

Best for: province-specific job offers or networks

  • Ontario HCP stream for OINP business draw
  • BC PNP Skilled Worker for Vancouver-based roles
  • Alberta AINP for finance & supply chain roles
  • Provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points
  • Management consulting & banking prioritized

Start-up Visa & Entrepreneur

Best for: MBA founders with scalable business ideas

  • Angel investor: min CAD 75,000 support letter
  • VC fund: min CAD 200,000 support letter
  • CLB 5 language minimum (lower than FSW)
  • Must hold 10%+ equity in Canadian startup
  • Typically 12–16 months to PR; strong success rate

Credential Recognition for Indian MBA Holders

Understanding how Canada evaluates your Indian business qualifications is key to maximizing CRS points and employer credibility.

WES ECA (World Education Services)

The preferred ECA provider for Express Entry. IIM/ISB MBA degrees consistently receive Canadian master's equivalency. WES processing takes 7–10 business days for standard service.

CPA Canada for Accountants

If your MBA includes accounting (CA, CMA India), CPA Canada's PACE assessment maps your credentials to Canadian CPA requirements. Partial exemptions are common for IIM/ICAI graduates.

Canadian Securities Course (CSC)

Finance professionals targeting banking or investment roles in Canada often complete the CSC ($595 CAD) before landing to strengthen employer confidence and licensing readiness.

No Federal Licence Required for Management

Business managers, HR managers, and business development officers are not regulated occupations in Canada. Your Indian MBA is recognized directly by employers without provincial body approval.
