Ontario is the heart of this campaign — the majority of the 19 participating institutions are in the province, so applying to Ontario colleges free is exactly what the application fee waiver is built for. Whether you are applying from India or are already in Canada, when Future Link submits your application during the offer period, the institution application fee is waived. You can apply to up to three participating colleges under one waiver, which normally saves the institution application fee of typically CAD 100–250 each.
Future Link Consultants is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC licence R506940), and this is a recruitment arrangement with the participating institutions. Ontario's 2026 allocation is 104,780 applications — the largest of any province, but still finite — so a free, well-prepared application early in the cycle matters. The offer covers the September 2026 and January 2027 intakes and closes 30 September 2026.

How Applying Free Works — and What Is Separate
Applying free does not change how you are assessed. Each Ontario college decides admission against its published academic and English requirements — your IELTS or PTE score, your academics and your documents still carry the file. The waiver removes the cost of applying, not the standard, so you can put strong applications forward to up to three participating colleges without paying the application fee.
For students in India, Future Link also supports the wider journey: PGWP-first programme shortlisting, SOP drafting and review, education loan and GIC support, and IELTS/PTE prep access — included at no extra cost. Students already in Canada are handled through the Scarborough (Toronto) office, since the document set differs.
The waiver covers the institution application fee only. Tuition, tuition deposit, GIC, biometrics, the study-permit fee and any third-party charges are separate and payable as normal. Admission and study-permit outcomes are never guaranteed — the waiver changes what you pay to apply, not the college's decision.
